the vesperine is a digital companion for divination, astrology, spellcraft, and journaling. it is offered for reflection and entertainment. it is not professional, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. readings and interpretations are not predictions of fact. you are responsible for the decisions you make.

you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to buy a paid seat. the free features are intended for adults; if you are a minor, use them only with a guardian's permission.

most of the vesperine works with no account. when you sign in (by emailed magic link), you're responsible for the security of that inbox. you may delete your account at any time by writing to us; see the privacy notice for what that removes.

paid tiers (adept, the vesperine, and the sigil) are billed through our crypto payment processor, NowPayments. prices are shown in usd and paid in the cryptocurrency you choose. because crypto payments settle on-chain, they are final once confirmed — see the refund rite for the narrow exceptions. monthly and yearly seats do not auto-renew on crypto; your access lasts for the period you paid for, and you may purchase again to continue. the sigil is a one-time, lifetime seat limited to five hundred.

don't attempt to break, scrape at scale, resell, or misuse the service; don't use it to harm others. we may suspend access that does. the content and design are ours; you may not copy or redistribute them beyond your personal use.

the vesperine is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. to the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the prior twelve months.

we may update these terms; material changes will be noted by the date above. continued use after a change means you accept it.
