- ·your regular shower
- ·a pinch of salt (optional, held in hand)
- ·one intention, held clearly
the working
- Ibefore stepping in, hold the salt (if using) and name what you're washing off — specifically.
- IIstep in. As the water hits your shoulders, speak the incantation silently or aloud.
- IIIvisualize whatever you named moving down and out with the water, not clinging.
- IVstay under a few seconds longer than usual before finishing.
- Vstep out and towel off with the sense of a fresh start, not a continuation.
