what you gather
- ·1 rose quartz (palm-sized or larger)
- ·1 pink or white candle
- ·rose oil (for anointing the stone, not the skin)
- ·a small piece of paper
the working
- Iclean the rose quartz under cool running water, drying it by hand.
- IIanoint the stone with one drop of rose oil, rubbing it in a slow clockwise circle.
- IIIon the paper, write what has made your heart guarded — one honest sentence.
- IVplace the stone on top of the paper.
- Vlight the candle beside them. Speak the incantation.
- VIhold the stone to your chest for a slow count of nine breaths.
- VIIcarry the stone with you for the next lunar cycle. Burn the paper only when you feel the guard has genuinely eased — not before.
