The Fool
you're already at the edge. she's not stopping you.
upright — what she sees
you're already at the edge. she's not stopping you. drawn upright, the fool speaks of beginning, leap, innocence. she reads it as a turning toward the thing, not away from it — freedom made plain.
reversed — what she withholds
the leap is small. you're refusing it anyway. reversed, the card turns inward — recklessness, naivete, stalled. not a curse. a closed door you keep your own hand on.
in a spread
in the daily veil, the fool is the day's temperature — upright it asks you to lean in, reversed it asks what you're bracing against. in a three-card line it colours past, present, or the thing approaching. draw it yourself and she'll read it for you, in your own words.
